OWNER INTRODUCTION

My name is Xianlong Zhang. I started with nothing and have built three metal fabrication factories in my city. I started my business 25 years ago when I left as a product manager from a large local company that manufactures electrical cabinets.

I rent a very small old plant, we started with one computer, one second hand CNC machine and one employee. My dear wife and I put all the money we earned since my 18th into our sheet metal custom business. We worked 12 hrs daily on average and 2-3 hrs before sleep learning mechanical engineering and reading English newspapers. The situation was awful but we never been afraid of hardworking, because a least we owned each other.

In local market, we successfully started to supply plastic inject machine parts for Japan Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Hangzhou plant since 1997. In 2002, My company become a supplier for a Japanese auto parts Shanghai branch. Three years later we worn the best supplier prize of 2005 in custom metal department of Otis Electric Hangzhou branch.

On the other hand, we start to make overseas outsourcing business since 2002, our first client comes from Israel searching for aluminum welding outdoor enclosure supplier. The live display of leakproof welding seams by our experienced craftsman successfully gain their recognition and first one 20'' container order. After 2006, I I start to put a lot of money on Google ads and hired more salesmen to participate in overseas market much more deeply. From 2006 to 2016, we successfully turning our professional team from focus on 80% domestic business into 95% exporting business to USA,EU and Israel market.

Nowadays, Wisdometal Manufacturing services field includes various industries, from home appliance equipment housings, stainless steel structural components for elevators and subways, metal housings for street lamps, steel security doors, to stainless steel enclosure and frames for food inspection and filling machinery and textile machinery, as well as aluminum enclosure for ATV AMR robots. The years of overseas order fabrication experience allows us to understand the requirements of USA,EU and Israel market better than anyone, which means we deliver the best quality products at the best prices to you in a long-term relation.

My son Philip grown up in our factories since his sixth and worked for Wisdometal Manufacturing since 23th. He started as the most basic job as a CNC operator and manipulator welding programmer, and now has the national certified welder technical certificate and senior engineer certificate. Since 2018, he has been responsible for leading the welding inspection, 3D design and business departments to help our team achieve more specialization. Meanwhile in 2018, we built the third factory in Zhuji,China, equipped with a full range of best advanced CNC and laser machines.
